We truly enjoyed every moment of the stay, quite comfortable experience. The property was right in the heart of the town...

I loved the elegant and cozy decoration of the hotel. The lobby area had beautiful furniture and artwork that made me feel like I was in a luxurious home. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. There were handrails in the hallways and elevators, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any worries.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff specifically catered to seniors. While the children working there were friendly, a dedicated staff member focused on helping older guests would have been helpful for a better vacation experience.

Favourable location close enough to the centre and Heraklion, everything wonderful. This venue is situated right in the heart of the town.

The apartment was dope, with two chill rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, it had a sick balcony where we could soak up the vibes. The location was lit too, right in the middle of the touristy area, close to all the action. Restaurants, ice cream shops, and even a supermarket were all within a 100-meter radius. And the host was on point, always hitting us up real quick.
If I could change one thing, I'd want more party vibes. We're young, and we like to turn up!

The apartment has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower, which is very convenient. The LED TV with digital channels in each apartment kept us entertained during our downtime. The kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and stovetop, allowed us to prepare our own meals. The rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms were a luxurious touch. The view from the apartment was stunning, and the tile/marble floor added to its charm. We appreciated the availability of irons/ironing boards and blackout drapes/curtains in the rooms. The soundproofing in the apartment ensured a peaceful sleep. The air conditioning in all units kept us cool and comfortable. Having a tumble dryer in the apartment was a great convenience.
Personally, we didn't find the view as impressive as expected, but others might still enjoy it.

The apartment had a really nice view, and the sofa was super comfortable. I loved the tile/marble floor, it gave the place a classy feel. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, oven, and stove. It was great to be able to cook my own meals. The bathroom had a rainfall showerhead, and the hair dryer came in handy. I liked having a private bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool.
Personally, I didn't like the soundproofing in the apartment. It was a bit noisy for my liking.

The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing, with cafes and restaurants right outside and a short walk to the port parking. The staff, especially Stelios, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with a flight issue. We would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast option could be improved by providing a mirror that is hung up instead of resting on the ground.
